The Process

Your journey, step by step

From your first conversation to your season review, every step is measured, explained, and built around what you want from your game.

01

Your Story

We begin with you — your golf history, health history, and what you want from your game.

02

Movement Assessment

A head-to-toe screen measured against golf-specific standards, not just general health norms.

03

Swing Capture

Multi-angle video of your swing, reviewed jointly by your golf professional and clinical team.

04

Your Profile

Your swing matched to your body's mobility, strength, and stability — so we address causes, not symptoms.

05

Coordinated Care

Chiropractic, physical therapy, training, and coaching — sequenced in the right order, communicated as one team.

06

Re-Measurement

Progress checked at weeks 4–6 and 10–12: mobility, strength, comfort, and your scorecard.

The Benchmarks

Measured against the elite standard

Standard health norms tell you whether you’re well. Golf-specific standards — drawn from TPI research and PGA Tour data — tell you whether you’re ready. Your assessment measures you against both, so you know exactly where your game has room to grow.

Standard clinical range Golf performance target
Hip Internal Rotation 45°
standard 35–45° golf target ≥ 45° bilateral · PGA Tour avg > 45°

Where power begins. Full hip rotation lets you coil and release without your back paying the price.

Hip External Rotation 45°
standard 40–45° golf target ≥ 45° bilateral, symmetrical

Lets the pelvis turn freely in the backswing — the foundation of an effortless-looking swing.

Thoracic Rotation 45°
standard 30–40° golf target ≥ 45° each side · TPI pass threshold

True shoulder turn comes from the mid-back. When it moves well, the low back finally gets to rest.

Ankle Dorsiflexion 40°
standard 0–35° golf target ≥ 40° / ≥ 12 cm · no heel rise

Your connection to the ground. Good ankle motion means better balance on every lie.

Shoulder External Rotation 90°
standard 0–90° golf target ≥ 90° upright · ≥ 80° in golf posture

Sets your arm plane at the top. Full, comfortable rotation protects the cuff for years of play.

Cervical Rotation 80°
standard 0–75° golf target ≥ 75° · < 5° L–R asymmetry

Keeps your eyes on the ball while your body turns underneath — quietly essential.

Hamstring (SLR) 78°
standard 0–70° golf target ≥ 75–80° for hip hinge at address

Lets you set a tall, athletic posture at address and hold it for all eighteen.

Where It Hurts

Golf asks a lot of your body

Most golfers play through the same handful of complaints — and most of them are fixable. Select a region to see what you might be feeling, why it happens, and how your team resolves it.

Select a point on the figure

Where golfers feel it

Low Back

What you might notice
  • Stiffness the morning after a round
  • A sharp catch through the finish
  • Tightness that builds on the back nine
Why it happens

The swing rotates fastest exactly where the spine prefers stability. When the hips and mid-back stiffen, the low back absorbs work it was never designed to do — round after round.

How your team helps

Chiropractic care restores motion to restricted joints, physical therapy rebuilds rotation where it belongs — in the hips and mid-back — and your golf professional adjusts the swing so relief lasts.

Program target · Mid-back rotation ≥ 45°
Where golfers feel it

Hips

What you might notice
  • A pinch in the crease at the top of the backswing
  • Aching after walking eighteen
  • Feeling blocked turning through the ball
Why it happens

Distance is generated in the hips. When rotation tightens — common with age and desk time — the pelvis stops coiling, and both power and comfort quietly disappear.

How your team helps

Gentle joint mobilization and targeted mobility work reopen the hip's rotation, while strength training makes the new range usable at swing speed.

Program target · Hip rotation ≥ 45° each side
Where golfers feel it

Shoulders

What you might notice
  • An ache at the top of the swing
  • Night soreness after range sessions
  • Losing carry distance without knowing why
Why it happens

The lead shoulder travels through an enormous arc under load. Rotator-cuff irritation and a stiff upper back quietly shrink that arc long before pain shows up mid-round.

How your team helps

We restore shoulder and upper-back mobility together, strengthen the rotator cuff, and confirm your swing plane matches what your shoulders can comfortably deliver.

Program target · Shoulder rotation ≥ 90°
Where golfers feel it

Knees

What you might notice
  • A twinge in the lead knee through impact
  • Swelling after hilly walks
  • Stiffness climbing out of the cart
Why it happens

At impact, the lead knee straightens and rotates in a fraction of a second. Weak hips above and stiff ankles below leave the knee managing forces meant to be shared.

How your team helps

We strengthen the hip and calf muscles that shield the knee, restore motion above and below it, and fine-tune footwork with your golf professional.

Program target · Left–right stability within 10%
Where golfers feel it

Ankles & Feet

What you might notice
  • Rolling toward the outside of your shoe
  • Feeling unsteady on uneven lies
  • Calf tightness late in the round
Why it happens

Every swing starts from the ground. Limited ankle motion quietly shifts your balance, robs the swing of ground force, and sends stress up the chain.

How your team helps

Ankle mobilization, balance training, and footwear guidance rebuild your connection to the ground — the platform every other gain stands on.

Program target · Ankle mobility ≥ 40°

Recognize any of this? It’s fixable — and the first step takes about a minute.
